my two cents about exo and their little trip to disneyland (not a fan account!);

sm is pretty obviously whoring them out like crazy and making them go out to places unguarded and in view of EVERYONE as a means of getting publicity.

its pretty effective (and clever!) because you see pictures and fan accounts online and it gets them really good amounts of public exposure at a cost of NEXT TO NOTHING compared to the other promotional tools they have

i mean, we all saw how crazy tumblr’s gone today, it’s GREAT promotion. how much did it cost them for a few measly tickets to disneyland, compared to some complicated business negotiation which costs them thousands of dollars and whatnot

i remember a few people kept taking snapshots and going up to them outisde of sm’s studio, just a few weeks after they debuted or something and again, people went crazy for it. when was the last time you heard of an SNSD or Suju member walking to sm’s studio?

nah man, they get driven there so they dont get CHASED DOWN BY FANS most of the time.

it’s all pretty obvious when you think about it.
